Justin Ho

Justin leads research at Near Mint. Before the team builds anything, he finds out whether it should be built: talking to the people who will use it, studying how they solve the problem today, and testing early ideas before a single screen is designed. For Bindy, that meant time in Hong Kong's card shops and trading groups, learning what people worry about when they trade with a stranger. He turns what he finds into clear direction for the product, and he is the first to speak up when the evidence disagrees with the plan.

Justin is one of the four founders of Near Mint, a Hong Kong studio building apps and digital solutions.
